To what degree should the image be manipulated to go into a fashion magazine?
The only thing that should be manipulated is the background or lighting if you manipulate the model then you're giving false advertisement to the viewer what makes them feel they don't look as good as the models shown in the magazines and it's also changing people's opinion on what makes someone look good or not.
